Individual sessions typically range from $170-200 per hour, while my package programs can cost $350-$2,500. I occasionally offer free coaching to a limited number of clients. Many clients view coaching as an investment in themselves that pays dividends long after the coaching relationship ends.

All coaching packages require full payment upfront with no payment plans available. This ensures mutual commitment to your transformation process.
Refund Policy
The 2-session package is non-refundable. The 4-session and 6-session packages offer 20% refunds for any unused sessions.

Life coaching sessions are offered on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your preferences and goals. Each approach has its benefits, and we'll determine the best frequency during your consultation based on your specific situation and desired pace of progress. All session packages must be used within a 1- 3 month timeframe after purchase. This time limit ensures consistent engagement and prevents coaching relationships from dragging on indefinitely, which can reduce effectiveness. The structured timeframe helps maintain momentum and accountability while providing enough flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
