You entered your helping profession with purpose. You stepped into leadership because you believed you could make a difference. But somewhere between the endless demands, the weight of others' needs, and the relentless pace, you lost something essential. That spark. That sense of why.

You're not alone. Burnout and compassion fatigue aren't signs of weakness; they're warning signals that it's time to lead differently.

Passion & Purpose is a transformative 1-hour workshop designed specifically for women in helping professions and leadership roles who are ready to reclaim their energy, reconnect with their purpose, and discover a more sustainable way forward.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Journey back to the moment you chose this path. Reconnect with the passion and purpose that first called you to serve and lead.

  • Uncover leadership styles and practices that energize rather than deplete you. Learn approaches that honor both your impact and your well-being.

  • Understand the cycle of compassion fatigue and discover practical strategies to protect your passion while still showing up powerfully for others.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel disconnected from the work that once inspired you.

  • You're tired of choosing between being effective and being exhausted.

  • You're ready to lead with purpose and preserve your well-being.

  • You want to transform burnout into sustainable brilliance.

Your passion brought you here. Your purpose will keep you going. Join us for this powerful hour of reflection, discovery, and renewal on Wed. February 18th at 6:30 PM, CT
